1. Acceptance of Terms

By using speaq.co or app.speaq.co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Speaq provides the following services:

• speaq.co — a free launch checklist with 23 tasks across 5 phases, with the option to receive it by email.
• app.speaq.co — the AI Launch Planner, a paid service ($2.99 / 2.99 €, one-time payment) that generates a personalized launch plan based on your answers to 25 questions.

3. User Accounts

Account creation on app.speaq.co uses magic link authentication. One account is allowed per email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your email account.

4. Payments & Refunds

The AI Launch Planner is available for a one-time payment of $2.99 (or 2.99 €), processed securely via Stripe. No subscription or recurring charge is involved.

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once your AI plan has been generated. If a technical issue prevents plan generation, contact us at hello@speaq.co and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

5. AI-Generated Content

The launch plans generated by Speaq are created using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for quality, AI-generated content is provided as guidance and should not be considered professional business advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI-generated launch plans belong to you. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated plan as you see fit.

Speaq retains all intellectual property rights over the platform, including but not limited to the website design, code, branding, checklist content, and AI prompts. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Speaq provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The generated launch plans are guidance tools and do not guarantee business success. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
