By using speaq.co or app.speaq.co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Speaq is an AI-powered customer support platform for solopreneurs and small businesses. The Service includes:

• speaq.co — the marketing website with product information and blog.
• app.speaq.co — the product application, including an AI chat widget, unified inbox, Knowledge Base, email integration, social DM connections, and human takeover capabilities.

3. User Accounts

Account creation on app.speaq.co uses magic link authentication. One account is allowed per email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your email account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

Speaq offers paid subscription plans based on conversation volume. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles taxes, compliance, and invoicing on our behalf.

Speaq offers a 7-day free trial on the Pro plan. Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.

Refund policy: Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal by contacting us at or through Paddle's billing portal. All refund requests are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

5. AI-Generated Content

Speaq uses artificial intelligence to power its chat widget and generate responses to visitor questions based on your Knowledge Base. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated responses are provided as-is and should not be considered professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising AI interactions with your customers.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Speaq, including Knowledge Base sources, conversation data, and account information. You grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Speaq retains all intellectual property rights over the platform, including but not limited to the website design, code, branding, and AI systems. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

EBUILDER GROUP, operating as Speaq, provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated responses may contain errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
