EBUILDER GROUP, operating as Speaq ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website speaq.co and the application app.speaq.co. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

- Email address — provided when you create an account on app.speaq.co.
- Knowledge Base content — website URLs you submit for scraping and documents you upload (PDF, TXT, MD) to train your AI chatbot.
- Conversation data — messages exchanged between your visitors and the AI chatbot or human agents through the chat widget.
- Widget configuration — bot name, avatar, colors, and welcome message you set for your chat widget.
- Visitor metadata — browser type, timezone, and referring page of visitors who interact with your chat widget.
- Payment information — processed securely by Paddle. We do not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the AI customer support platform.
- Generate AI-powered responses to your visitors using your Knowledge Base.
- Display conversations in your unified inbox.
- Process subscription payments and manage billing.
- Send transactional emails related to your account (trial reminders, billing notifications, quota alerts).
- Improve our services and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention and Security
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
Upon account deletion, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion at any time (see Section 5).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Speaq:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record). Handles taxes, compliance, and invoicing.
- Anthropic — AI chat responses. Your Knowledge Base content and visitor messages are sent to the Anthropic API to generate responses. Data is not used to train their models.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — website and application hosting.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right of access — request a copy of your personal data.
