• Email address — provided when you subscribe to the checklist on speaq.co or create an account on app.speaq.co.
• Locale preference — your language preference (English or French).
• Questionnaire responses — answers to the 25 questions in the AI Launch Planner (product details, audience, budget, timeline).
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send you the launch checklist by email.
• Generate your personalized AI launch plan based on your questionnaire responses.
• Process payments for the AI Launch Planner.
• Improve our services and user experience.
• Send transactional emails related to your account and purchases.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

Questionnaire responses used to generate your AI plan are retained to allow you to access your plan at any time. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 5).

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Speaq:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
• Stripe — payment processing for app.speaq.co.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Anthropic — AI plan generation. Your questionnaire data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate your personalized plan. Data is not used to train their models.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right of access — request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
